“Yacht Sail Training RYA School provided the best service and first-class fully equipped, very clean boat with all you could need on board. I found them to be very helpful and flexible at every stage of the sailing course. During the course, our crew stayed and lived on board in the presence of the very professional skipper-instructor. We simulated real situations that may occur during the stay on board, had a lot of fun and laughter. Now I can tie a Bowline in my sleep! The sailing became more understandable for me and awakened the wish of going further with it. We visited not only the famous Croatian destinations but also peeked into less-known spots of the Croatian coast and were amazed about the Beaty of the different islands. It was never boring, we had always something to do: learned, sailed, played some games, swam in the sea, cooked some delicious food or had dinner at the restaurants. A couple of times on our route we’ve seen the dolphins very close to our boat. The night navigation was a special adventure and something very new, beautiful and fun. The whole 5 days were filled with joy and the feeling of the strong and warmhearted community. Thank you very much! I highly recommend Yacht Sail Training RYA School and their courses!!!”

“Technically a great course, days with little to no wind could be filled with more theory (all levels appreciate it). Plan B rings a bell;)<br /> <br /> Days with no wind could be leveraged for mooring maneuvers, anchoring, knots, instruments, repairs, safety, communication, rigging. Use the time well to ensure crew teams work well together. <br /> <br /> Great food on board, appreciated the variety and options. Well organized with team assignments for breakfast and lunch- those that cook don’t clean - maybe adding cooking cleaning responsibilities. Was easy to let things get a bit messy, no criticism just reco. <br /> <br /> Frank, great instructor, knowledgeable multi lingual, friendly and personable. I appreciated all the local content shared to the group ahead of reaching a port. I appreciated he carried a high level of expectation and pushed the group. This set a standard that it wasn’t “just a pay and gain” certification! Solid constructive clear, memorable feedback. This left me with a real sense of high value.<br /> <br /> Mosquito repellent would be good for people to have. Poor few people one board were eaten alive. You may recommend that already but missed it. <br /> <br /> Small personal recommendation - environmental considerations. Both Competent crew and Day Skipper lacked some aspects of taking care of the sea and coastal areas. A topic of increasing concern and interest for all. I did appreciate the care and attention at refilling stations (Split, Rogac). <br /> <br /> Personal note: absolutely love all the sailing lore!!!! This is a culture you can cultivate and share which novice and day slippers would take home and have forever!!! My Competent Crew Instructor Lakov was great for this! <br /> <br /> All ports were amazing! Would love to see Vis when I return for Coastal Skipper- let’s make a deal :)”
